Students dismissed from City College of Management would have the option to appeal the decision. A letter of appeal may be forwarded to the College management for review. Upon careful review of the situation a decision will be taken and rendered to the student. That decision may include: refusal of readmission, unconditional readmission or conditional readmission/academic probation.

Students with concerns should make all reasonable attempts to resolve their concerns directly with the instructor or other member of the College staff. If the issue is unresolved, students should forward their concern in writing to College Director .
